The 2018 iHeartRadio MMVAs www.iheartradio.ca/events/iheartradio-mmvas-2018  took place Sunday August 26, 2018. This years big winner was Shawn Mendes with 4 MMVAs, Artist of the Year, Best Pop Artist or Group, Fan Fave Artist, and Fan Fave Video.  Drake received 2 awards,  Best Hip-Hop Artist and Best Director for “God’s Plan” Director: Karena Evans and Video of the Year went to Logic ft. Alessia Cara and Khalid for “1-800-273-8255.  Other winners Elijah Woods x Jamie Fine for Best New Canadian Artist, Loud Luxury for Song of the Summer – “Body” ft. Brando, Bebe Rexha + Florida Georgia Line for Best Collaboration – “Meant To Be”, Halsey for iHeartRadio MMVA Artist for Change, Marshmello for Best EDM/Dance Artist or Group , Kris Wu for Fan Fave New Artist, TheDanocracy for Fan Fave Much Creator, Loud Luxury ft. Brando Song of the Summer for Body, Bebe Rexha + Florida Georgia Line – “Meant To Be” Best Collaboration, Ed Sheeran – “Perfect” Single of the Year and Selena Gomez ft.
