The “Toronto Caribbean Carnival” will be taking over the GTA this weekend. Over a million people from around the world will be here to take part in many of the events including this Saturdays Carnival Parade.
Rudy Blair Entertainment Media spoke with Toronto Mayor “John Tory” on TuesdayJuly 5th 2016 when he attended and spoke at the launch of TCC at Nathan Phillips Square. and talked about how this event as become a very important part of the citys growth and culture.
