Some of the big 2018 Canadian Country Music Awards https://www.ccma.org/ were handed out Sunday September 9th, 2018. The event took place at Hamilton’s FirstOntario Centre. Those winner included Show host Shania Twain waling away with 4 Top Selling album of the Year-Now Top Selling Album of the Year-Now,The Generation Award and Fan Choice Award. Album of the Year went to Jess Moskaluke-Past the Past,Group of the Year went to Washboard Union, Male Artist of the Year -Dallas Smith, Meghan Patrick won Female Artist of the Year for a 2nd year in a row, Sirius XM Rising Star-The Reklaws, Single of the Year went to James Barker Band-Chills and Terri Clark was inducted into the 2018 CCMA Hall of Fame.
