The 2018 Country Music Association of Ontario Awards  https://cmaontario.ca/     took place Sunday June 3rd at London’s Centennial Hall   https://centennialhall.london.ca/   .  Some of the nights winners included Meghan Patrick – FEMALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR,  FANS’ CHOICE  & MUSIC VIDEO OF THE YEAR – Country Music Made Me Do It ,  James Barker Band – ALBUM OF THE YEAR Game On ,  Jason Blaine – MALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR, Tim Hicks  received the first annual Nielsen Compass Award, Andrew Hyatt –  RISING STAR , The Lovelocks –  ROOTS ARTIST OR GROUP OF THE YEAR  Cold Creek County –  GROUP OR DUO OF THE YEAR, and Canadian Country music legend Michelle Wright   received the  2018 Impact Award .   Rudy Blair Entertainment Media  rudyblairmedia.com   was backstage to Chat with Brian Vain &  Matt Davey of the  Canadian Country Duo  Kansas Stone  www.kansasstone.ca/   about attending the CMOA’s, how they formed Kansas Stone and their last single “Blaze of Nothing”.
