The 51st edition of the Peeks Toronto Caribbean Carnival  https://torontocarnival.ca/ is in full swing in Toronto(runs from July 10 to August 6, 2018) .  It’s the largest multi cultural event in North America bringing in over a million people into the GTA from around the world.  Rudy Blair Entertainment Media rudyblairmedia.com   was at City Hall  for the PTCC launch to Chat with  Denise Herrera-Jackson   https://www.facebook.com/denise.herrerajackson   ,CEO of the Festival Management Committee about some of the big events taking pace  for the next few weeks including the King and Queen showcase and the Grand Parade .
