One of the big events that takes place during the 48th annual Toronto International Film Festival  https://www.tiff.net  is the CFC Homecoming 2023 https://cfccreates.com  (Sunday, September 10th, 2023) .    The CFC ( Founded by the Director Norman Jewison)  Annual Fundraiser contributes to  charitable work of accelerating the content, careers and companies of Canadian creative and entrepreneurial talent in the screen-based and digital industries.  Several key industry people attended this year including Actors, Actresses, Producers, Directors, Recording Artists, Screenwriters and Distributers. This years theme was the 80’s celebrating CFC’s 35th anniversary.   Rudy Blair Entertainment Media  rudyblairmedia.com  was on location (CFC’s campus, 2489 Bayview Ave., Toronto) to speak with Maxine Bailey, Executive Director, Canadian Film Centre (CFC) https://cfccreates.com , Clement Virgo, One of Canada’s Foremost Film Directors https://www.clementvirgo.com & Canadian Filmmaker, Commercial, Music Video & Television Director , Director X  https://directorxfilms.com  .
