Finally after having to cancel it’s official opening in April of 2020 because of the  COVID-19 pandemic  https://tinyurl.com/ , today (Thursday September 10th, 2020) Toronto’s iconic entertainment and concert venue The El Mocambo https://elmocambo.com  is now open to the public with a concert tonight featuring he Canadian-American Rock band Big Wreck  https://www.bigwreckmusic.com  .  Rudy Blair Entertainment Media  rudyblairmedia.com  speaks with the owner of the El Mocambo, Michael Wekerle  http://www.michaelwekerle.ca  about how they were able to open the concert venue during the pandemic, how they plan to keep concert goers safe when they attend , how this opening will be able to help other local businesses and as Micheal likes to say, how important it is to keep music alive in Toronto.
