Canada’s first supergroup “The Guess Who”  is celebrating a milestone tomorrow (Saturday May 9th, 2020) because it will be the 50th anniversary of their classic hit “American Woman”  to reach number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100(May 9, 1970), making them also the first Canadian band to accomplish this achievement.  To honour this Canadian music historical moment,  Sony Music/Legacy will re-release a limited-edition of the original American Woman full length LP on 180-gram, translucent blue vinyl in a gatefold sleeve.
