Had the opportunity of attending the media night opening for the glamorous and outrageous Tony award winning stage show, Six the Musical (Mirvish) https://www.mirvish.com  at Toronto’s  Royal Alexandra Theatre (260 King St W). Some background,  Six the Musical is a British musical comedy by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss and based on the lives of the six wives of Henry VIII as they take turns singing and telling their stories to see who suffered the most with the king to see who would become the group’s lead singer. For me if you were to combine a Beyoncé, Lady GaGa & Lady Marmalade concert with the comedy of Bette Midler,  you have this spectacular show.  Visually it’s stunning, the performers are top notch amazing pop singers, funny and the musical is only 80 minutes(no intermission) so it moves very quickly.  If you want to know about the lives of six Queens who dealt with divorce, beheading, died & survived with comedy and pop popping music, Six the Musical (Mirvish) https://www.mirvish.com  is for you. I give Six the Musical (Mirvish) four and a half stars out of five.
