The 34th annual Socan Awards  https://www.socan.com  were handed out Tuesday September 24th, 2024 at Toronto’s History   https://www.historytoronto.com  (663 Queen Street East) .  The SOCAN Awards is an annual event, held in both Toronto and Montréal, which celebrates the songwriting, composing and music publishing achievements of our Anglophone and Francophone members alike.  Some of this years winners included Drake, Arkells, Tobias Jesso Jr, The Weeknd,  K’naan, deadmau5 , Lauren Spencer Smith  & Keith Power .
